GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipping is free of charge. 100CAPRI.COM does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping to EU Countries does not include an invoice or any other documentation claiming the goods value.
Shipping to non-EU countries, as required by customs regulations, includes an invoice certifying the goods value.
100CAPRI.COM does not cover taxes and duties costs in their orders, additional fees will therefore be applied at the checkout.
IMPORTERS' OBLIGATIONS
U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens/residents of the United States of America importing e-products from abroad may be required to have a social security number or tax identification number to voluntarily provide to courier at the handling time.
Non-U.S. citizens/residents who do NOT have a social security number could be asked to provide an importer number assigned by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
CBP-assigned importer number procedures generally require up to 10 business days (unless complications arise).

Most of Europe and the USA: 2 - 4 days.
Rest of the World: 3 to 7 days.

HOMEWARE:


The blown glass products are entirely made by hand and are unique pieces. For this reason, production times are slow and can vary up to 4 weeks. However, we guarantee to our dear customer these delivery times:

Most of Europe and USA: 4 days - not later than 4 weeks.
Rest of the world: 7 days - not later than 4 weeks.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER
To cancel an order, send a message to contact@100capri.com kindly specifying the order number and wait for a confirmation email.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but we offer a free return service as an option.

MISSING SHIPPING INFORMATION
If your parcel failed to be successfully delivered to provided address due to wrong information issues as per 100CAPRI.COM commercial agreement (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), it will be considered a lack of cooperation on Client's behalf, and parcel risks to be sent back to Italy on Client’s expenses (including any import fee that may be assessed upon Italy return procedure).
These fees will be deducted from any eventual refund.

We accept Visa Credit Cards, MasterCard and American Express.
You can also pay in a click with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Paying with PayPal is possible as well.
By selecting this option, you will be directed to the PayPal site, "Log In" and check the total amount before confirming by clicking on "Pay Now."

Once the transaction has been completed, you will be redirected to 100CAPRI.COM.

ONLINE PURCHASING IS SECURE

In order to ensuring that your shopping experience is safe, easy and secure, 100% Capri avails of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
This technology encrypts and protects your sent data.
If the SSL system is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser: you can click on it to get more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location field (URL) at the top of your browser, the address starts with "https:" instead of the regular "http:".
This indicates that you are navigating in a secure mode.

Return Policy and Procedures

APPLICABILITY OF THE POLICY
The following policy applies only to products purchased online; returns cannot be applied to products purchased in our physical stores.
PARCEL RETURNING PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS
In order to request a return, kindly email us to contact@100capri.com, specifying the order number and selecting the items to be returned. By completing these steps, 100CAPRI.COM will send a confirmation e-mail, shipping label and return shipping instructions.
Return shipping is FREE (taxes and fees not included) if using 100CAPRI.COM provided courier. If returned parcel is shipped using a courier other than the one provided, Customer will be responsible of all the additional charges.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the order delivery date.
The products must be returned: (i) in their original condition with all tags still attached, including but not limited to, all identification tags, security tags and authenticity cards; (ii) in their original packaging; (iii) complete with all of their parts and accessories; (iv) with the original proof of purchase; and (v) from locations within the United States. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. Further, in the event a product has a security tag and is returned without the security tag attached to the product, the product will not be accepted for return.
RETURN OPTIONS
If our customers are not satisfied with an order, purchased items can be returned for a size/color replacement.
Size/color exchanges can only be made based on the availability of sizes or colors for the item code. The new item can be returned following the same return policy and procedure.
Alternatively, it is possible to request:
a) a store credit for the purchase value to be used at any 100% Capri store
b) a refund within 14 days from the order delivery date.
STORE CREDIT
As soon as the return has been processed, Customer will receive a code for the returned items total value. The Code can be used on the next order placed on 100CAPRI.COM. If the shipment has been added and paid for by the Customer at checkout, amount will not be included in the offered store credit.
If shipping has been free of charge, the store credit amount will not be affected.
Credit can only be used once and within three months after return; it cannot be accumulated with any other Store Credit; it must be entirely used on an order equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any sort or kind of way, and must show no signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect conditions and show no marks.

Items must be returned with all the original tags and labels attached, along with packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, please be minded that the boxes must not be damaged and/or altered or used as an outer package for shipping as well.

Items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.

HOMEWARE items must be returned in perfect conditions with no damage, scratches or dents. If a HOMEWARE item has been damaged delivered, please contact us for return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all of the original accessories, parts and instructions. They must also be packed in the same proper manner in which they were received.

Returns must be packed in 100CAPRI.COM's box, which must be securely sealed with tape.

Shall the 100CAPRI.COM box be no longer available; customers may use another type of packaging suitable for shipping 100CAPRI.COM's items.

In case of defective or wrong goods, we encourage Customers to contact contact@100capri.com immediately.

100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for a full refund of shipping and import charges.

Authorized returns with 100CAPRI.COM courier account numbers must correspond to the original country as per initial shipment.

Shall return shipment require pickup or payment of any additional charges, 100CAPRI.COM reserves the rights to refuse returns sent with a courier other than the one specified in the confirmation e-mail.

100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized and/or unsent returns in accordance with the Return Policy detailed and specified on our website.

In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, 100CAPRI.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/deposit fee from the refund.

Due to the nature of custom orders and the fact that they were created specifically for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the custom pieces were damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


For any other matter not explicitly mentioned, European distance commerce regulations prevail.
